3. Ensure that we are available to you by phone and 24 hour pager for offers, questions, problems and details.
At the Time of Offer,

1. Review the Offer to Purchase.
2. Explain all conditions and special clauses.
3. Represent you in presenting the Offer.
4. Present the offer and handle negotiations
until we have an agreement.
When we have a Conditional

1. Ensure that all documents are forwarded to your Mortgage Representative
2. Assist you in choosing a Notary to represent you for a smooth and successful closing.
3. Assist you in choosing a reputable and professional Home Inspector.
